I thought my eating habits were considered okay until I craved Briyani. It's already midnight and yet I still considered looking for a meal to eat. During this hour of the night, the only restaurant still open is the ABC Indian-Muslin restaurant. They offer a variety of food choices from rice, tandoori, noodles, deep-fried chicken, and prata. My default order from this restaurant is either Chicken Briyani or Egg Prata depending on my appetite.
Tonight, I ordered Chicken Briyani and Iced Lemon tea!
The chicken is hidden under a huge pile of Basmati rice :D.
I was surprised to see that they served me with two pieces of Apalam. I dined in this place many times already but it's the first time that I received more than one of this apalam. I felt lucky tonight because I enjoy having apalam together with Briyani.
The rice and chicken Briyani are both freshly cooked. It looks like everything was replenished in preparation for the early morning hours of their service.
Sometimes I don't have a good sense of the time, especially during a meal, I eat a heavy meal and an upsized drink like it is lunchtime. It's already midnight but I decided to eat something very heavy. Because of that, I have to take a rest and won't sleep right away.
I enjoy the vibe of this place, all tables are packed even though it's already midnight. It seems that I wasn't the only one who also craved Indian food during the late hours of the night.
This meal cost me S$11.10 which is a bit expensive for a single meal... still, I consider this meal worth it because of the quality of food.
