It's always good to innovate, this recipe that you share with us is something totally different to what you normally share with us, but just like in the other posts, in this one you also stand out hehe.
I usually eat lentils very often, I could say that at least here in my house it is prepared once a week and I always enjoy it when it is prepared, there are times when I have wanted to repeat my portion.
Taking into account what you said about your gallbladder problem, I'm glad you are taking action now and considering eating lentils more often from now on.
Regarding the ingredients you used, it is almost similar to how we prepare lentils in my house, there are only 2 differences, the first is that we add potatoes, the second difference and is the one that caught my attention is to add flour and milk in the preparation, that's new to me, but I can't help but want to try it.
