An Easy but Delicious Recipe: Gatrined Vegetables -ENG-SPA-

A way to show us love to ourselves and the people we love is through good food. And there is nothing better when we could cook a good dish with few ingredientes, an easy preparation steps and in a short period of time. And today, I want to share this kind of recipe to impress your favorite person or to pamper ourselves.

Ingredients (Two person porsions):
250g Boiled Broccoli
200g Boiled potato
150 g Boiled Carrot
280 ml Bechamel cream or milk cream
250g mozzarella cheese

seasonings
Black pepper
salt

optionals
Bacon
onion

firstable, lets talk about bechamel cream.
bechamel cream is a cream based on 10% grease, in this case butter, 20% corn starch/wheat flour and the based of it it is milk, if you use 100ml of milk, then you should add 10gs of butter and 20g of corn starch (THIS IS HOW I DO IT, but there are millions of more profesional ways to do it) -If you want a real recipe of it, let me know and I explain it in another post- the point is bechamel cream is a really nice cream to be modified to please. for example in this case the base of my bechamel cream was bacon and onion stired fryed in butter and then add the milk previously mix with the corn starch. I think it give it a great flavor, however you can keep it simple just with milk and the seasonings (black pepper and salt according to your taste)

the next steps are very easy, once you have boiled all the vegetable during 7 minutes. all you have to do is put it into a oven pan, and add the bechamel cream or the milk cream (if it is your preference, since with milk cream comes already prepare in markets, and I like to put everything organized into the pan but it is not indespensable, if you want you just distribut all the vegetable into the pan and in top of it add the cream and later the cheese with no and specific way) after all is fixed into the pan, you should add the cheese on top of it and take it into the oven during 20 minutos at 190 grades or until it looks a little gratined in the surfase.

Finally, I LOVE this recipe, I think it is a really easy way to pamper ourselves with something that tastes special and can be part of a dish with any protein. Una forma de demostrarnos amor a nosotros mismos y a quienes amamos es a través de la buena comida. Y no hay nada mejor que poder cocinar un buen plato con pocos ingredientes, una preparación sencilla y en poco tiempo. Ingredientes (para dos personas):
250 g de brócoli hervido
200 g de patata hervida
150 g de zanahoria hervida
280 ml de crema bechamel o crema de leche
250 g de queso mozzarella

Condimentos
Pimienta negra
Sal

Opcionales
Tocino
Cebolla

Primero, hablemos de la crema bechamel. la crema bechamel es una crema a base de 10% de grasa, en este caso mantequilla, 20% de almidón de maíz / harina de trigo y la base de la misma es leche, si usas 100ml de leche, entonces debes agregar 10gs de mantequilla y 20g de almidón de maíz (ASÍ ES COMO LO HAGO, pero hay millones de formas más profesionales de hacerlo) -Si quieres una receta real, házmelo saber y te lo explico en otro post- el punto es que la crema bechamel es una crema realmente buena para ser modificada a gusto. por ejemplo en este caso la base de mi crema bechamel fue tocino y cebolla salteados en mantequilla y luego agregar la leche previamente mezclada con el almidón de maíz. Creo que le da un sabor buenísimo, pero puedes simplificarlo con solo leche y condimentos (pimienta negra y sal al gusto).

Los siguientes pasos son muy sencillos: una vez que hayas hervido todas las verduras durante 7 minutos. Solo tienes que ponerlo en una bandeja para horno y añadir la bechamel o la crema de leche (si lo prefieres, ya que la crema de leche ya viene preparada en los mercados, y a mí me gusta ponerlo todo organizado en la bandeja, pero no es imprescindible; si quieres, simplemente distribuye todas las verduras en la bandeja y encima añade la crema y luego el queso sin ninguna forma específica). Una vez que todo esté asentado en la bandeja, añade el queso por encima y hornea durante 20 minutos a 190 grados o hasta que se vea un poco gratinado en la superficie. -Quizás te preguntes por qué, si esto va al horno, deberíamos cocinar primero las verduras. Bueno, esto aceleraría el proceso de cocción.

Finalmente, me ENCANTA esta receta. Creo que es una manera muy fácil de consentirnos con algo especial y que puede acompañar cualquier plato con proteína. Espero que la pruebes y, si ya la has cocinado, me encantaría saber si le añades algún condimento especial u otras verduras.
