I had to make several changes to my diet, including giving up fried foods and excessive dressings like stews. I also had to give up a lot of flour because I had to make, for example, corn arepitas, which had to be replaced with yuca arepitas, pumpkin arepitas, zucchini arepitas, and a wide variety of vegetables so that I could satisfy more than just breakfast, which is when one eats light. I had to supplement most of them with vegetables, including salads, so that I could vary the menu.
One of the most important parts of the diet is that you have to stop eating a certain amount of meat since chicken is a little more digestible than meat and meat can sometimes take up to 24 or 36 hours to be digested so in my case the main protein that I should eat was chicken and the one with the least amount of fat and well here the protagonists and main actor of this menu are grilled chicken without a doubt low in salt and seasonings because no type of seasoning is good for us since that inflames our gallbladders so that is why we should eat low in salt preferably I seasoned with garlic and natural things to give a touch of flavor and textures to my meals.
the boiled vegetables also helped me a lot to eat them alone and also to prepare some type of pancakes, arepitas and even creams one of the main ingredients that I used a lot was oats and it helped me a lot because it has many benefits and is very versatile to cook so I really recommend it 100%, it was not easy to follow this diet and create each one of these dishes I confess that it was very hard sometimes I had no idea what to cook but thanks to God and his help I was able to create this small menu so if you are going through health problems not only because you are going to have gallbladder surgery.
but also because you want to improve your health I invite you to lower the flours the sweets the fats In order for you to see a change in your diet I had to change everything radically Since I was presenting pain so my diet I think that even though it was not commonly as I always had it because for example rice and flour for me was one of the main ingredients so I had to get creative and figure out and vary my food menu but I was able to see a quite noticeable improvement and even in my appearance since I lost 13 kilograms following this diet for approximately 4 months, and this allowed me to have a blessing operation and now my diet changed because I got used to eating this way and for me it helps a lot.
