Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog.
I am a big fan of fried food and really enjoyed it, but some time ago, I was warned about my excessive consumption of groundnut oil. I had to cut down on my fried food and, most importantly, learn how to make so many snacks myself. At least that would guarantee that I used a decent oil for frying.
So today, I shared with you guys one of my favorite fried recipes, and it's actually a yummy snack or food; whichever you call it is fine.
Judging by the sizes, I will love to call this giant fried sausage roll recipe. It is a delicious and yummy snack to munch on any time of day. It might look stressful to people, but it's worth it because if this is prepared well, you can't regret taking time to prepare this fried sausage roll recipe.

- I flattened the dough on the board and gently put some filling at the edge of the flattened dough.

- I rolled the dough up and applied mixed egg with a brush on the closing edge so the sausage roll doesn't open when frying.

- I placed the sausage roll aside and repeated the process until I exhausted the remaining dough.

- I moved on to the final part, which is frying.

- I heated some groundnut oil in my pan and gently placed my sausage roll in the hot oil.
- I fried them on low heat to prevent the sausage roll from burning.
- I turned the sides of the sausage to ensure that all the sides are properly fried.
Immediately the sausage roll was ready; I took them out of the hot oil, and my snack is ready.
