RE: Ganso Sushi In Nakano

I love sushi and it is interesting to see what you have around there. We. Love also salmon, but i thought that it was rarer to see there in Japan ehhee , since it isn’t a local fish around there. I read once that salmon was introduced in sushi in Norway . But the maguro one is interesting how they made it never tried like that.

There are lots of salmon sushi here, and it's usually a favorite. Though I heard once from my Japanese partner that authentic sushi restaurants don't usually have salmon sushi on their menu. Probably that's the reason why- because they're rare around here. But for those big conveyor belt sushi chains, I've always seen them on their menu.

I love this kind of maguro. Of course I also love the Toro or the fatty part of the maguro. So tasty!

Interesting! But salmon for sure is interesting, the flavour is unique in the sea. It has a very intense flavor but is still delicate. At home is our favorite fish, my daughter and wife only eat salmon if they can in Sushi hehe.
