Recipe & Method
Ingredients
- Pre made pizza bases (However many you want/have/need)
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Onion, Finely grated
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Flakes
- Dried Sweet Basil
- Paprika
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
Method
Cut pizza bases into strips, approximately 2 x 7 cm (or whatever you prefer)
I tried to make them look nice, but the bases were pretty badly broken. You could probably get really creative with this though.
Add butter, oil, soy sauce, herbs and spices to bowl and mix well.
Brush pizza base sticks with butter mixture, then toast in air fryer on around 200C/390F for 5/10 minutes till golden and crunchy (Turn if needed)
Enjoy! They went well with the other odds and ends I had in my fridge, making for a very nice light lunch.
