Recipe & Method
Ingredients
- Seeds from 1 butternut squash, washed and dried with paper towel (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Smokey BBQ Salt (Alt. salt, paprika, garlic)
Steps
- Wash and dry butternut seeds (can be patted dry with paper towel)
- Combine coconut oil, honey, basil, cinnamon and salt in bowl and mix well. Add seeds, stir to coat well.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer and roast at 150C/300F for 15-20 minutes.
Done! Allow some time to cool before eating.
