Grind flaxseed, sunflower seeds, and walnuts together, then add cocoa and honey and mix them in small squares or balls, which is an ideal energy supplement.

I call them Energy Balls. But basically anything goes, can be walnuts, peanuts, or almonds. If you have a good grinder, you just grind your nuts and seeds and add honey and cocoa.
