We are really a fan of trying out new food stalls. As for this evening, we decided to have dinner at Batchoyan Ni Kagi which is just another food stall here in the small town of Tuburan.
Batchoyan Ni Kagi offers a lot of food options from the Filipino food batchoy, barbeque, and so much more.
I cam here to try their chicken pastil since my students shared that they offer a good-tasting chicken pastil.
Batchoyan Ni Kagi is open 24 hours therefore this place is known especially for those drunken people who is looking for a place to relieve their hangover. A sip of their famous batchoy soup can really relieve your headache.
We went here for dinner and there was quite a lot of people who dined here as well which is already expected.
They only have alfresco dining which is just along the road where these tables and chairs are laid by.
Here are the foods they are selling here at Batchoyan Ni Kagi.
Most of the foods here are for grilling. They have a wide variety of choices from pork, chicken, seafoods and the like.
In barbeque stalls in the Philippines, what you have to do is to choose the foods you want to get cooked, then place it on a separate plate. Here are the foods we ordered.
We waited for ten-fifteen minutes for our food to be prepared.
We ordered some pork and chicken barbeque which I like because it is well marinated and the flavors really soaked well.
Batchoyan Ni Kagi’s Chicken Pastil
Chicken pastil consists of rice topped by some chicken bits and some sauce. We eat it by hands, we wear some hand gloves, mix everything and then eat it. It tasted good indeed. It is for ₱25.00 which is affordable.
The prices are affordable and the foods taste good. We will surely come back here again soon.
To good food and affordable prices! Ciao!♡
