Tuburan is a small town in the midwest of Cebu Province, Philippines. I relocated here since I got my teaching position in the Department of Philippines.
When it comes to food stalls and establishments, there are not a lot in here. There is even no fast food chains here. No Jollibee. No Mcdonald's. Nothing.
There are small food stalls that sell foods that are alike but it is indeed quite different.
I remember when we used to go on a road trip south, we always pass by this small town of Tuburan but never in my wildest dreams I thought I will then be relocating here for work. I am currently a public school teacher in Tuburan National High School.
As I am used to eating to a lot of cafés back then when I lived in the city, I really miss that kind of life.
Here in Tuburan, there is a big café that we consider the "Starbucks of Tuburan", as it sells foods and drinks that are priced like it.

In the highlands of the town of Tuburan, is a small barangay named Kabangkalan, a coffee-growing place growing roasting coffee cherries specifically Robusta beans, which is about a 3,000 hectare coffee plantation.

This is not my first time dining in here and I have been coming back since the foods they are serving here are just worth the price. The foods are tasty and the drinks as well.
Today, they had plenty of cakes available and here are those.
Their foods and pastries here are definitely the best and I just can't wait to try everything.

We ordered my favorite Tuburan Café's pepperoni pizza, some drinks and a slice of their pistachio cake. Everything tastes so good. A solid ten out of ten!

My son enjoyed our foods and he loved it also.
It was the perfect time I had with my son eating all the foods we craved as we talked about life every once in a while. My son is growing into a fine young man and I am definitely just so proud of him.
