Hello, friends, all Hiveans and food lovers, greetings. Here, I am posting an easy-to-make and delicious dinner recipe featuring potatoes.
I got freshly picked potatoes from my client who has a potato farm. He came with lots of newly picked potatoes from his farm. I wanted to make something different than a regular potato dinner.

Here is the ingredients
potatoes
1 tsp salt

I cleaned and peeled the potatoes and cooked them in a pewssure cooker for 2 blasts.
then I set them on the baking tray while they were still warm.
Pressed them using a cup. They are fresh and very easily break apart.
They looked like this.
Sprinkled salt
and black pepper
Sprinkled some thyme on the top.
Than 1/2 tsp each olive oil.
Then one slice of cheese on top of each potato.
Put in the oven at 200 C until the cheese melted.
They are ready here.
