Constantly hearing of the name Nigerian Pizza even though not liking pizza naturally made me feel trying it out, i have always loved trying out new things that i have no idea about and i did. Never had an idea of how to prepare it, so i came to the conclusion of checking it out in a web2 platform. Having followed the step to step of what i learned i am bringing the recipe to you all.
Plantain frittata is a good and nutritious meal for breakfast. I will definitely go well with a cup of coffee or tea base on a preference.
The little ingredients i used in making this Plantain frittata
- 150ml of Veg oil
- 260g ripped plantain
- 40g bell pepper(red and green)
- 40g onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 medium size of egg
- 5 pictures of fresh pepper
My first step
Wash my plantain well, peel and cut it into round small parts.
Wash my onion and bell peppers and cut it into my choice of size.
My second step
Crack my eggs and poured into a plate, add my onion, bell peppers and salt and mix them well then set it aside. Put my pot on fire, poured vegetable oil and fried my eggs.
Number three step
In another pot i poured my vegetable oil placed my plantain in the pot added my egg mix to eat covered and cooked in a low heat for five minutes then it is done.
At this point my dish is ready and i will be plating it without delay as it best consumed hot and i love my dishes in that manner.
