Hello everyone, today I made a snack that is very easy to make, just by using macaroni and eggs you can make a delicious snack. By the way, this food is a favorite snack for children, usually many traders sell egg macaroni. How to enjoy it, you just add seasoning according to your taste, you can add chili powder, sweet corn seasoning, roasted corn, cheese, balado seasoning. and many more.
Today I made 2 types of spicy flavors for me using chili powder and balado seasoning and for my daughters, sweet corn with cheese sauce. Curious about how to make it? let's get started.
prepare all the ingredients:
110 grams of macaroni
1 egg
Pinch of salt Seasonings (chicken stock, balado seasoning and sweet corn)
Cheese sauce for topping
It's very easy to make we weigh the macaroni first
Then when the macaroni is ready boil the macaroni in a pan, I boil it for 10 minutes, I add a little oil to the stew pan
When it's been 10 minutes, remove the macaroni then drain
prepare the eggs then add a pinch of salt and beat well, add just a little water, approximately 20 ml sorry for adding water I forgot to take a photo.
Let's just heat the frying pan, add just a little cooking oil to the frying pan. You can use any model. Here, I use the one with holes for cake molds
pour in the macaroni then add the cooked eggs until one side is cooked and flip do this until finished
After finishing like this
add powdered chicken stock then stir evenly
prepare your serving plates, add toppings and seasonings according to your taste, I made sweet corn with cheese sauce for my daughter and balado with chili powder for me
here is the result which is very interesting it tastes delicious and easy to make you can use chili sauce or tomato sauce if you like
