Hello everyone..how are you there? I hope you happy. Today I want to share with you my experience making cookies this time I call it "paw cookies" because I made it similar to a cute dog's paw.
The ingredients and how to make these cookies are very easy and I'm sure my friends here must be much better at making cookies like this. Honestly I have to admit that my ability in the world of baking is still very inexperienced, you could say I'm a complete beginner when it comes to baking, so if you have any suggestions or input for my baking recipe, I will be very happy to receive it.
For this recipe I rebaked from my friend "Trash" from Cookpad with a few modifications. The original recipe is cookies shaped like matchsticks.
Okay, let me start showing you how I make these "paw cookies".
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour
50 grams of unsalted butter (I use margarine)
25 grams of sugar (I use powdered sugar)
40 grams of sweetened condensed milk
40 ml of UHT milk
1 gram of salt
Topping
25 grams of chocolate bars
How to Make
• prepare all the ingredients to be used. Put margarine / butter, sugar and condensed milk in a container
• stir using a balloon whisk until smooth or until the sugar dissolves and is not lumpy. If you are using regular sugar, you can smooth it first with a blender.
• Add flour and salt to the dough, use a sieve so that there are no lumps of flour.
• pour in the liquid milk and stir again until it forms a dough that is easy to shape.
• divide the dough into 2 parts. Take 1 dough then roll it out, flatten it and shape it according to your taste. I use my daughter paw-shaped bento sauce container
• bake in a preheated oven at 160°c or 320°f for 25 - 30 minutes, adjust to the oven and the thickness of the cookies.
• remove the cookies and cool. Decorate with melted chocolate bars.
• paw cookies ready to be served
Hopefully you like what I wrote. Thank you for the support. Sorry because I am busy so I can't share with you often, hopefully in the future I can focus more on writing blogs and have more time to share my kitchen experiences with you here.
See you in the next blog..
