  • 2 mangos maduros
  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 3/4 taza de azúcar
  • 3 huevos
  • 1/2 taza de aceite

Para preparar esta torta lo primero que haremos es cernir la harina con el polvo de hornear, la sal y la canela y mezclamos, lavamos, pelamos y picamos los mangos y con la ayuda de un procesador de alimentos trituramos para obtener la pulpa, también se puede utilizar la licuadora, y reservamos.

En un bol colocamos los huevos y el azúcar y batimos hasta que se unan bien, luego colocamos el aceite seguimos batiendo y por último le añadimos el mango y continuamos batiendo hasta integrar bien los ingredientes.
