Hello, hello my friends food lovers, I hope you are well, I love it too, although I am not a good cook from time to time, I get out of the routine and prepare a special dish that delights our palate; In recent days we were visiting my aunt's house, we were my grandmother, my mother, my uncle and I, also in her house were her in-laws and 2 of her sisters-in-law, she wanted to make special cooking, I suggested that it was pasticho.
She agreed, claiming that the pasticho was very tasty for me, but she told me that the blender was broken and besides, she did not have a tray to bake the pasticho, then she remembered that she had some aluminum trays, we decided to make them in them and as for the blender, we decided to process the tomatoes with the cheese grater; Agreed this we went out that same night to buy the ingredients:

In the preparation of these pastichos I used the following ingredients: lasagna pasta, ground beef pulp, tomatoes, onions, paprika, garlic, carrots, pasta sauce, ham, mozzarella cheese, pecorino cheese, salt, pepper and basil for seasoning; I made the Bechamel sauce with milk, wheat flour, butter and salt.
The procedure was very simple, the first thing I did was to parboil and reserve the tomatoes, then cut the onions, paprika and garlic into small pieces.
The next thing I did was to put the ground beef in a pot, with a little vegetable oil, then I added the chopped seasonings, also added the tomatoes and the carrot which I processed on the thin side of the grater.
I always use tomato paste in my bolognese sauce, but this time I had to use pasta sauce, because it was what I got at the supermarket, I bought two different brands and added them to the sauce, added some dried basil, lowered the flame and cooked for about 40 minutes.
To make the béchamel sauce, mix the wheat flour with the milk, bring it to cook and add butter and a touch of pecorino cheese, let it boil until it reaches the desired consistency.
With the sauces ready, I began to assemble my pastichos, the first thing I did, was to place bechamel sauce on the bottom of the tray, then pasta, bolognese sauce, and so on, intersperse ham and mozzarrela cheese between layers and finish with bechamel sauce, mozzarrela cheese and pecorino.
Once the pastichos were assembled, I took them to the oven, 10 minutes at 350 degrees and then 15 minutes at 175 degrees, since I made them with pasta directly in the oven.

That's all for today friends, I hope to be able to share with you other dishes here, this is how my pasticho turned out:
