Even the breakfast menu has gone viral, even though in fact, judging from the shape of the food, it feels ordinary. For some reason, yesterday's public holiday morning made my time so free. I had time to browse for delicious breakfast in my city, I really wanted to change the atmosphere.
It turns out, there is a famous Kopi Tiam shop in this city. Its name is often discussed, they say the food menu here has a delicious taste. Of course, I was very excited at that time and headed to the place which turned out to be not far from my house.
We ordered at the cashier on the menu book, then waited. The first thing that came was our drink, which was coffee. Coffee in the morning is like an appetizer, if there is none then it is like roasted meat without salt, very bland.
Kopi Tiam is like a different coffee, in terms of taste and color. Usually Kopi Tiam depends on the blend of coffee products from farmers. Kopi Tiam is from robusta which is roasted, blended and processed. Many sometimes add butter and sugar during the roasting process, it all depends on the farmer who makes it.
Here, I feel the sensation of very aromatic coffee tiam from a very dark roast. That is the characteristic of coffee tiam. The color of my coffee is very black and even darker than pen ink. Coffee tiam is best served with sugar and milk, even butter.
Not only that, I also ordered the breakfast menu that I like the most. Seafood fried rice which of course makes me curious. The breakfast menu here is made by a Chinese descendant, so, don't doubt their stir-fried dishes. The whole thing must be very complete.
Seafood fried rice which is very strong with aromatics that come from a super hot wokpan. With the power of fire that rivals his skilled hands to stir the fried rice so that it doesn't burn. Sometimes you can see the chefs' shoulders, almost every time they do it. Not infrequently also in very large portions.
I also ordered egg vermicelli which is full of vegetables on top, so it reduces the glucose spike that occurs due to balanced fiber.
Of course now I know why this place is so viral. Indeed, because it tastes very good. They have a reason to be liked by many people, moreover the place is also very strategic and easily accessible to many people. Moreover, with halal Chinese food, of course it is a plus here.
