After 34 years of living, this is the first time I have really been to Thailand, which is said to be a culinary heaven. Is that true? Maybe, maybe not. But, for me, Thailand is indeed a culinary heaven, especially street food. They can accommodate people to be free to be creative with their food.
Having the opportunity to travel around Bangkok made me understand that this country is indeed different, very fun and full of entertainment. Although I am not the type of person who likes to spend money on nightlife, I really like culinary. I tried everything, even curious about several restaurants that have the Michelin star predicate, I also tried to visit.
One of them is this restaurant. Thipsamai. Have you ever heard of it? I think everyone who will search for a guide on the internet will be taken to this restaurant which is one of the things you must eat while in Bangkok. So did I who was looking for this restaurant. Luckily at that time I was passing by a road near here, so I had to try it.
According to them, the food menu that must be tried is Pad Thai. You know that this is a very typical type of food for Thailand. Noodles made from rice flour, the taste is very rich, especially the sour and spicy flavors that collaborate.
At that time we ordered two types of the most favorite food, both were pad thai with different cooking methods. You could also say the serving method is different. Between the two have different flavors, but still use the same basic noodles from rice flour.
You can see our two foods, one pad thai with eggs and shrimp mixed together, not too red from the abundant chili, chives and bean sprouts and looks very simple. While one plate with the most favorite pad thai, wrapped with a very thin egg omelet, fried shrimp and it tastes spicier.
The servers are also very friendly, even telling me that there is a show from a chef who is cooking pad thai. He said I could take photos or videos as social media feeds. I like the service that makes me feel appreciated. They are not stingy in giving me a plate filled with vegetables and other additions.
Even I think the food here has a pretty good price, ranging from 90-200 baht for a portion of pad thai with a fairly filling size. Even the price is the same as buying pad thai in pratunam yesterday.
Don't forget to try the thai tea here. It tastes very thick, not too sweet and full of ice cubes. A very valuable experience to eat at a Michelin star restaurant. Indeed they deserve it.

Call me Isdarmady, sometimes Mady, Putra or anything you want. I have a pretty long name but call me very nicely. There are many things I like, especially hydroponics and coffee, sometimes I also like traveling and eating whatever I want. Life should be like that, there must be many things you like so you can live well. Of course, what you want is a dream, so, when you have a dream then what you have to do is to achieve that dream, don't just let it be a dream.
