Anything wrapped in a nice crust is nearly always fantastic.

The bottomless quiche reminds me a little of a breakfast casserole our family likes. I think there are only about a thousand version of it all over. Now I'm thinking I need to get the ingredients and make that to take to my Mom's next week. She loves it and so do I and I probably haven't had any since the holidays. Yum !
