It is a moment of joy in my household this afternoon. My mommy came to visit me and her grandchildren, so very body was happy to welcome her and to see her because it has been a long time. Then as her daughter I know what she likes most, so I decide to make something for her in a local way that she will likes it
INGREDIENTS USES
Two handful of abacha (cassava Flacks)
One cup of oil bean (Ugba)
Some pieces of garden egg leaf 🍀
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Four tablespoons of NGO
Half cup of red oil
Two pieces of garden egg
Four pieces of dry fish
One bulb of onion
One small size of cucumber 🥒
One teaspoon of dry red pepper 🌶️
Some pieces of Uma leaves
Water
PROCEDURE
Without wasting much of your time I will show you guys how I made this recipe
First I boil water with a kettle to soak my abacha (cassava Flacks) and when the water has boil I soak it for 5 minutes to soft
Then I bring all my ingredients and washed them one after the other and cut them into pieces and set aside
Here my abacha (cassava Flacks) is soaked and ready so I sieve it out to remove water
After that I bring my pot and add my NGO into it and mix until it's mixed together and then add my abacha (cassava Flacks) into it also and mix
After that I add my oil bean (ugba) into it and mix then add the dry fish also and mix
After mixing them I add my chopped onions, my cutted garden egg, dry pepper 🌶️, salt for taste and mix
Then after that I add my garden egg leaf and mix together
Here is the face of my abacha (cassava Flacks) so yummy 😋 and Delicious
