Ingredients I used to prepare my cake:
-Auyama (1 kilo gr)
-Chocolate powder (8 tablespoons)
-Eggs (3 units)
-Sugar (8 tablespoons)
Here are the steps to prepare our cake:
We will begin first taking our pumpkin (which will be the replacement of the flour) we will chop in small portions and at the same time removing the tripe and seeds that takes above, then we will wash it with plenty of water, then we will add it to a pot with plenty of water to take to cook and let them soften enough, when cooking remove the water and let stand.
Next we are going to start adding our 3 eggs to a container where we are going to whip our cake.
Next we will continue adding our 8 tablespoons of sugar to the eggs, beat with the help of a paddle in my case a wooden one.
Next we are going to continue adding the soft pumpkin to our mixture and beat with our paddle (when I mentioned that the cake is flourless is because the pumpkin will replace the flour).
Next we will continue adding the last ingredient to our mixture, we will add our chocolate powder, the amount I used was 8 tablespoons, thus finalizing our mixture.
Once our cake is ready we will continue preparing the pan or mold where it will be cooked, first grease the container with butter, then we will continue adding a little flour to expand it and that our cake does not stick, then we take to continue in the oven for 40 minutes, once ready we hope that they are at medium temperature to remove from the pan.
