Hola buenos días amigos , feliz domingo para todos , les quiero compartir cómo preparar unos deliciosos y crujientes chicharrones de cerdo , son muy deliciosos y les encantarán

Ingredientes que utilice :
-Pellejo (piel de cerdo 1 kilo )
-Adobo (1 papeleta 15 gr)
-Ajo (12 dientes de ajo)
-Oregano (media cucharadita)

Ingredients used:
-Pellejo (pork skin, 1 kilo)
-Adobo (1 packet, 15 grams)
-Garlic (12 cloves)
-Oregano (half a teaspoon)

A continuación los pasos para preparar nuestros chicharrones:
Iniciaremos primeramente picando nuestros chicharrones en cuadros de tamaños medianos , ya que a medida que se van cocinando se van encogiendo tostado

First, we will start by cutting our pork rinds into medium-sized squares, since they will shrink as they cook.

Luego vamos a continuar tomando nuestro pellejo o piel de cerdo y vamos a lavarlo con abundante agua

Next, we will take our pork rind and wash it thoroughly with water.

Seguidamente vamos a continuar tomando los ajos y le quitaremos sus conchas , luego vamos a continuar agregando a un envase donde lo vamos a triturar junto con el orégano chiquito

Next, we will take the garlic and remove the skins, then we will continue by adding it to a container where we will crush it together with the chopped oregano

A continuación vamos a preparar o condimentar nuestros chicharrones, iniciamos agregando adobo al gusto , luego continuamos agregando el ajo triturado junto con el orégano , con una cuchara damos vueltas para que se riegue en todo el chicharrón los condimentos y quede bien sazonado , dejamos reposar durante 10 minutos para que agarre bien el sabor

Next, we will prepare or season our pork rinds. We will start by adding adobo to taste, then we will continue by adding the crushed garlic together with the oregano. With a spoon, we will stir so that the seasonings are spread throughout the pork rinds and they are well seasoned. We will let them rest for 10 minutes so that they absorb the flavor well.

A continuación vamos a llevar a fuego medio nuestros chicharrones , en un sartén que este únicamente engrasado, sin aceite , ya que los pellejos o chicharrones botan su propio aceite , debe ser fuego medio para que se cocinen sin quemarse y se pongan crujientes

Next, cook the pork rinds over medium heat in a pan that has only been greased, without oil, as the rinds release their own oil. The heat should be medium so that they cook without burning and become crispy.
