Easy bread in airfryer

Today I am going to share with you a recipe for a quick and easy homemade bread. I was thinking of making this bread in the oven but I remembered that I once had a whim to buy an air fryer and it was filled with dust, lol. So I made this bread in there and I was pleasantly surprised, it was much faster. With this recipe that I am going to share with you, you will get 4 pieces

As we go through the recipe, I will tell you the ingredients. We start by preparing the yeast, for this we will use 25 ml of warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast. We will let it sit for 10 minutes.

Hoy les vengo a compartir una receta de un pan casero, fácil y rápido. Este pan pensaba hacerlo en el horno pero me acordé de que alguna vez tuve un capricho por comprarme una freidora de aire y ahí estaba llevando polvo, lol. Así que este pan lo hice ahí y me llevé una buena sorpresa, fue muchísimo más rápido. Con esta receta que les compartiré saldrán para 4 panes.

A medida que vamos con la receta, les iré diciendo los ingredientes. Empezamos por preparar la levadura, para esto usaremos 25 ml de leche tibia, 1 cucharada de azúcar y 1 cucharada de levadura. Dejaremos actuar 10 minutos.

Now we prepare everything for the dough. We need 1 cup of sifted flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it with the flour, 15g of butter and 1 egg.

Ahora vamos preparando todo para la masa. Ocuparemos 1 taza de harina cernida, 1 cucharadita de sal y la integramos con la harina, 15g de mantequilla y 1 huevo.

When everything is ready, we will add the yeast and proceed to knead for at least 5-8 minutes.

Cuando todo esté listo añadiremos la levadura y procedemos a amasar por al menos 5-8 minutos.

We will make a ball and let the dough rest until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour, and then we will knead it again.

Haremos una bola y pondremos la masa a reposar hasta que doble su tamaño, aproximadamente 1 hora y volvemos a amasar.

Next, cut the dough into 4 portions and stretch each one. I recommend making them thin so they cook faster.

Lo siguiente cortar la masa en 4 porciones y cada una de ellas vamos a estirar, recomiendo hacerlas delgadas para que se cocinen más rápido.

Now we can fill the dough right in the center, the filling can be whatever you want, in this case I used chicken and cheese. And to close the dough, what we will do is take all the corners and put them together, until it becomes a round shape, we can use the table to help it be rounder and well sealed.

Ahora podremos rellenar la masa justamente en el centro, el relleno puede ser lo que ustedes quieran en este caso utilicé pollo y queso. Y para cerrar la masa, lo que haremos será tomar todas las puntas y las juntamos, hasta que quede una forma redonda, podemos ayudarnos de la mesa para que quede más redondo y bien sellado.

We will let this rest again for 5-10 minutes and then we will add a brush of egg and we can send them to the air fryer for between 5 and 8 minutes at 180°c.

Esto dejaremos reposar nuevamente por 5-10 minutos y luego les colocamos una pincelada con huevo y podremos enviarlas a la freidora de aire entre 5 y 8 minutos a 180°c.

I thought it would take longer, in fact, at first I set it for 15 minutes but after 5 minutes I started to notice a more noticeable smell of bread and decided to take a look, to my surprise they were almost ready, so it actually took less time than I expected, so I recommend taking a look to prevent them from burning, the result was wonderful.

Pensé que iba a requerir más tiempo, de hecho, al principio coloqué 15 minutos pero pasado los 5 minutos empecé a percibir un olor a pan más notorio y decidí echar un vistazo, mi sorpresa era que ya estaban casi listo, así que realmente fue menos tiempo del que esperaba, así que recomiendo echarle un vistazo para evitar que se me quemen, el resultado fue maravilloso.
