HOW TO MAKE CHIN CHIN INGREDIENTS
flour
1 tin of evaporated mil
100g of butter or margarine
Eggs
Sugar
1 tea spoon of baking powder
Some water
Nutmeg for Flavor
Oil for Frying.
Frying pot
PROCEDURES
Sieve your flour to remove clumps and particles
Add sugar,
salt
,baking powder,
nutmeg,
mix it.
Cut your butter and mix all together,
whisk your egg and add, add water bit by bit so that it don't get too soft or hard,
keep mixing till it everything get soft as well
Cut the dough and roll out.
Cut with Pizza cutter or knife, pick out and fry in a pre heated oil till it is light brown.
