Hello friends and food lovers.. How are you all doing today? Am sure you're just fine.. Am good too.. Am new here.. Hope am welcomed to this community? It's a new week and so pleasured to take you guys on the steps on how I prepared my Egg sauce and white yam.. Stay tuned;😎
• Eggs
• Groundnut oil.
• Onion.
• Fresh paper.
• Fresh tomatoes.
• Maggi.
• Salt.
Step 1: Firstly, I started my adding my groundnut oil.
Step 2: Next, I added my onion which has already been sliced.

Step 3: I stirred it together, then added my freshly sliced tomatoes.

Step 4: Then, I allowed it to stir for some minutes, then added my fresh pepper.

Step 5: Next, I added my whisked egg which I added a little salt, Maggi, pepper and onion.
Step 6: After that, I added my Maggi and salt and stirred well. Your egg sauce is done..😋

Then, for my yam, I peeled it, set it on fire, added salt to it. I allowed it to boil for 10- 15 minutes. Then, I brought the yam down from the fire, sieved out the water, dished out the food of yam and egg sauce. Rate my culinary work.. How does it look? Salivating right?😋
