What lovely decor at the restaurant you visited. It has a contemporary look. It's good this mall provided you the opportunity to get your 10K steps in. But what caught my eye was the soup. I love rich and flavorful soup with rice or pasta. Sometimes I have a taste for a thick base in the winter to warm me; other times, a thinner one. Since I love seafood in my soups, the shrimp in yours looks like jumbo shrimp. The mushroom pair well with the shrimp.

Hey dear
In my country, we have rich flavor soup, usually using lemomgrass, ginger, cinnamon, staranise, and more 😊
It is not just about warmth the body but indeed but health reason

You are correct. Those spices certainly do contain healthy ingredients, some for regulating digestion and blood pressure. That they taste good makes it even better to include in dishes.
