Celebrating with delicious small chops

In my little fashion design business, we recently got a special job offer which was designing a wedding dress for a bride to be. To celebrate this exciting news, my friend and I decided to prepare some delicious small chops for all our workers and since we were small in numbers, what we needed was also small because of our numbers. We made puff puff, fish roll, and fried chicken just to celebrate this new achievement.

Me and my friend did our puff puff first and this was how we did it.

1. Puff Puff:
For the Ingredients we needed just 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of yeast, pinch of salt and also oil for frying.

We prepared it by mixing the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a big bowl and started adding water while stirring until the mixture was smooth and thick and we covered the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit for about an hour to rise, i learnt this on YouTube and it was much easier.

After an hour in which my mixture has rised, i started using my hand as i scooped small amounts of the mixture and dropped them into the hot oil and fried the puff puffs until they were golden brown, then placed them on a paper towel to drain excess oil before inserting my sticks into it.

2. Fish Roll
The fish roll is also similar to the puff puff and the ingredients are also the samez the only difference is the fish which would be used for fillings

The difference in the preparation was that i only rolled out the dough on a flat surface as i insert those fishes and cut it into rectangles or cylindrical way before deep frying in my heated oil which is also the oil i used to fry my puff puff

3. Fried Chicken

Everyone loves fried chicken, and it’s a great addition to the small chops and i knew what i needed to fry my chicken and i didn't need YouTube. The ingredients are chicken pieces, honey, seasoning which includes salt, pepper, garlic, little piece of ginger and flour.

The preparation was way easier, after i seasoned the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic i left it to marinate for a while before coating each piece with flour to give them a crispy texture which occurs after frying. What was done after coating was to drop in in the heated oil which i have been using to fry puff puff and fish roll.

Once everything was ready, I called my friend over to pack the puff puff, fish rolls, and fried chicken into trays and we used a transparent nylon to prevent it from fly and also make it look well attractive.

After gotten to the workplace, we all gathered and everyone was happy and excited. They loved the snacks and appreciated the gesture. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our new project and to show our gratitude to the team.
This small celebration not only filled our tummies but also boosted our spirits. We are all looking forward to creating a beautiful wedding dress for the bride to be and we know if we do well, more opportunities will be opened to us
