Fruit Juice Preparation with manual juice maker

in Foodies Bee Hive8 days ago (edited)

Hi friends,
I'm Jyoti from India. I am glad to share how to prepare a fruit juice with a manual juicer.
Now that summer has started, the heat is very intense. Everyone wants to drink some cool drinks. But drinking cold drinks mixed with chemicals available in stores is harmful to our health. At the same time, making a cool drink at home is good for our health, as it prevents dehydration. Here I am going to show you how to make many juices at home. I hope you like it.

Fruit Juice Preparation

Required Items

💚 Grapes 💚 Orange 💚 Manual Juice maker 💚 Sugar (optional)

Step 1 :

First, wash the fruit with water, peel off the skin of the oranges, and separate the grapes from their stems, and keep them aside. Take the manual juice maker, which is used to crush the fruit and extract its pulp and essences. Avoid using a mixer grinder to make fruit juices, which can be ground and not take the essences

Step 2 :

In the juicer, place the peeled oranges and sliced grapes in the top jar, then place the lid on top, push the fruits in, hold the lever on the side, and rotate. As it rotates, the fruits are squeezed and their juice falls into the container below.

Step 3 :

Once the fruits in the jar above have been squeezed, take the fruits back and squeeze them in the same way. As they are squeezed, the pulp falls into the container below and fills up.

Step 4 :

Pour the squeezed orange juice into a bowl, add sugar if desired, mix well, then pour into a glass and serve.

Step 5 :

You can add ice cubes if desired, but definitely do not refrigerate the orange juice because the orange juice will start to turn bitter if left for a while.

Now the delicious fruit juice is ready. You can try making it at home. All you need is a manual fruit juice maker. Making and drinking this way is very beneficial for your health.
