INGREDIENTS
💚 Paneer 💚 Onions 💚 Capsicum 💚 Salt 💚 Greenpeas 💚 Oil 💚 Paneer masala powder 💚 Tomato 💚 Green Chilli Sauce
Step1 :
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut the carrots, beans, etc. into small pieces and keep them separately.
Step 2 :
- Peel the green peas and take the beans separately.
- Put the chopped vegetables and peas in a pot, add water, bring to a boil, and add salt as needed.
Step 3 :
- Heat a pan on the stove and add a little oil. Then add the capsicum pieces and fry them. Keep them aside.
Step 4 :
- Then take the paneer and cut it into half-inch cubes. put them in a panadd oiland saute them with low flame
Step 5 :
- Heat oil in the same pan, chop the onions and fry them, then fry the chopped tomato pieces and put both in a mixer grinder and grind them into a paste.
Step 6 :
- Take a large onion, peel its skin, wash it clean, and cut it into thin slices.
- Then take 4 garlic onions and cut them into small pieces.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- When the mustard seeds are fried, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry them well.
- Add green chili sauce to make the dish tasty.
- While they are sautéing, add some curry leaves, then add boiled vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans, mix well, and add salt as required.
- Add paneer masala power or garam masala power to add flavour.
Step 7 :
- Add ground onion tomato paste and mix them well
- Close the lid for a while to cook.
Step 8 :
- Now add the sauteed paneer, capsicum and mix then well until the aroma comes out.
Now the tasty, delicous Paneer vegetable masala is ready. Serve hot with any meals such as chappathi, paratha, bread, dosa, or rice.
