Greetings my friend's, I hope you are having a great day. I made a creamy, delicious home-made sharwama stuffed with chicken, beef, sausage, and vegetables and thought to share my recipe with you all.
Sharwama is a very healthy meal usually filled with vegetables and proteins. This time, I decided a mix of protein of chicken and beef, with the beef more than the chicken. It's definitely incomplete without the sausage. The end result was fabulous as everyone enjoyed it and wanted more.
The ingredients are listed below. Follow the stated cooking procedure to make your delicious sharwama.
Ingredients
Beef 1kg
Chicken 2 pcs
Sausage 1 pack
Cabbage 1 pcs
Carrots 7pcs
Cucumber 1 pcs
Hot pepper 1 pcs
Cream 400g
Ketchup 3pcs
Sharwama bread 1 pack
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Start with vegetables, wash thoroughly with salt or vinegar. Slice the vegetables; I scrapped the carrot and washed properly, then removed seeds from cucumbers. You can also choose to remove the skin, I like it with the skin (optional)
STEP 2
Wash cabbage and cut thinly. I prefer mine a bit rough.
STEP 3
Prepare the proteins. I cooked and fried the beef, then the sausage was fried last.
STEP 4
Now bring the vegetables together, cut the sausage and add some ketchup, mayonnaise, and pepper. Mix properly together, then get the sharwama bread, place it on a flat surface, and place the mixed creamy vegetables, meat toppings, and a whole sausage. Wrap carefully and placed in a nonstick pan to toast. Make sure to turn the sides of the sharwama so that it doesn't get burnt.
The sharwama turned out delicious, creamy, and meaty. We all definitely had a great sharwama night.
