Turkey Fingers beef and tomato stew

in Foodies Bee Hive3 days ago

Hello friends, I welcome you all to my blog, and I'm happy to be sharing this delicious recipe after a long time off. We all know that turkey has a unique taste and so those every of its part. I didn't really know much about turkey or chicken parts until I started a business that was almost five months old. Anyways I decided to try out the turkey fingers for my stew instead of the usual - chicken. To be honest, the stew tasted heavenly. The sweetness of the turkey, juicy, soft and tasty hard bones that's difficult to crush made my day.

Ingredients
• 1 kilo turkey fingers
• 300g frozen beef
• half bowl blended tomatoes
• 2 seasoning cube
• 2 onions bulb
• 35cl vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon curry
• 1 teaspoon tyme
• half teaspoon salt

Cooking Procedure

Step 1
First thing is to get the proteins ready. I washed the turkey fingers about three times to ensure it's clean, I placed it in a pot, added spices and onion to my desire and cooked until tender.

The protein will look this way when fully cooked. You go decide to fry or grill, but I used mine this way because I wanted to enjoy it soft.

Step 2
Preparing the stew. Place a pot on fire, add the vegetable oil and onions and sautée for 1 minute. Add blended tomatoes and stir. Add spices and fry tomatoes for 10 to 15 minutes while stirring continuously.

Step 3
When tomato is well fried, add the proteins and little of it's stock. Taste and adjust spices where needed. Allow to cook for five to ten minutes on low heat and my delicious turkey finger stew is ready.

What part of chicken/turkey have you tried and which would you like to try?

For me it's chicken feet. I saw a food post about chicken feet and it's looked good, something worth exploring.

I hope you love the recipe and would give it a try.

Hugs from your friend @kachy2022 ♥️♥️❤️
