hola mis amigos de hive, me levante hoy con animo de cocinar un plato tradicional milenario,es un plato cultural que viene desde los antepasados perza, que aunque la tortilla francesa viene desde la guerra de inpendencia espanola, los perza fueron los que iniciaron con esta fusion de sabores con el protagonitas que es huevo.

Hello my friends of hive, I woke up today with the desire to cook a traditional millenary dish, it is a cultural dish that comes from the perza ancestors, although the french omelet comes from the spanish war of independence, the perza were the ones who started with this fusion of flavors with the protagonist that is the egg.

Ingredientes:

. pimenton rojo
. cebollin
. cebolla morada
. tomate
. huevos
. ricotta
. sal y pimenta

Ingredients:

. red bell pepper
. onion
. red onion
. tomato
. eggs
. ricotta . ricotta cheese
. salt and pepper

PREPARACION:

cortamos la cebolla, cebollín, pimentón rojo muy pequeño, pasamos a un sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y sofreímos.

En un tazón colocamos los huevos uno a uno y batimos agregamos la sal y pimenta y seguimos batiendo.

luego que los aliños estén bien sofritos, colocamos los huevos en el sartén y la ricota por encima, tapamos y esperamos cocción para poner voltearla.

Tips para la ricota, puedes colocarle orégano en polvo sal y algún otro condimento que te guste le dará sabor y quedara mejor.

PREPARATION:

Cut the onion, chives and red pepper very small, put them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry them.
In a bowl place the eggs one by one and beat them, add salt and pepper and continue beating.
Once the seasonings are well fried, place the eggs in the pan and the ricotta on top, cover and wait for it to cook before turning it over.
Tips for the ricotta, you can add oregano powder, salt and any other seasoning you like, it will give it flavor and it will be better.

EN LA ESPERA

Mientras esperaba aquí estaba degustando un rico postre, mejor conocido como bocadillo muy tradicional de Venezuela consta de pocos ingredientes como son la azúcar ,plátano o guayaba y esta envuelto en hojas de plátanos secas una delicia.

WHILE WAITING

While I was waiting here I was tasting a delicious dessert, better known as a very traditional Venezuelan snack, it consists of a few ingredients such as sugar, banana or guava and is wrapped in dried banana leaves, a delight.
