Oe...pears adding for the sweetness, that is a good idea! I like a bit of sweet in there, it also brings out more the actual taste of the pepper. For me...the less acid the better.

But yeah, I was also very surprised on what this tree is doing. When I am looking outside now (they are still outside), again there are more peppers on there, this is literally the best harvest from these trees I have ever had and I didn't do anything different. Crazy to harvest multiple time until end of october right?
