Working my Night Shifts I had to evade those doughnuts and snack foods left over by the day staff, post meetings treats and patient birthdays, "Help Yourself!" The note says in the Comm book, It takes some time to change eating habits or else our health problems decide that for us after the damage is done.
Be proactive!
