I like the Sweet & sour version of pork chops. Since my surgery, I need to trim as much fat off the chops as I could and avoid deep fried 😩. I still go through some discomfort but sometimes it's worth the pain. 😋

                    I have to gain weight a bit, 20 pounds is my limit; otherwise, I will look too skinny! Lucky for me, I don't have to worry about fats.
