All familiar tastes I've literally grew up with, maybe a bit spoiled too. The roast duck was regularly one of the three to four dishes my Mom would bring home for the family as a treat. Or both my parents were too tired, nor have the time to cook. I know the taste of the duck, but my new diet requires me to remove the delicious skin and have only the white meat.
My Dietician is Chinese, so he knows what is good, and what is not.
