I haven't heard that dish. I have tried to make, Bangus, Bulalo, Sisig and Adobo though.

Kakanin refers to traditional Filipino snacks or desserts made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, and sugar. Examples of it are Biko, Suman, and more.
Ah...I see. So it's all dessert kind made of rice.
I have tried Biko and Suman.
We also have similar ones in Indonesia 😊.
Suman is called "Lepet" in my country.
