I let them marinate for half an hour so they absorb all the seasonings you use; it's the key to a delicious flavor. However, the crispiness is also a pleasant surprise when we coat them.

I've made this before, but I liked this improved version even more. The pieces, finely chopped, coated with mustard and curry powder, and then rolled in cornstarch mixed with cornflour, was the special touch. Served with delicious French fries, it feels like eating at a fast-food restaurant, without any drawbacks. Here are the ingredients.


Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • Pinch of dried thyme, pepper, curry powder, and oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • Salt
  • Oil

En otras oportunidades los he preparado, pero este experimento mejorado me ha gustado más. Los trozos, mejor picados, untados con mostaza, curry y pasados por Maizena, ligada con harina de maíz, fue el toque especial. Acompañada de unas deliciosas papas fritas, nos da la impresión de que la estamos comiendo en un establecimiento de comida rápida, sin envidiar nada. Los ingredientes se los dejo a continuación.


Ingredientes:

  • 250 g de pechuga de pollo
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa inglesa
  • ½ cucharadita de mostaza
  • Pizca en polvo de tomillo, pimienta, curry y orégano
  • 2 cucharadas de Maizena y 3 de harina de maíz.
  • Sal
  • Aceite

Preparation:

En un envase agregamos la salsa inglesa, seguidamente los aliños, la sal, la mostaza y un chorrito de vinagre. Mezclamos para unir bien.
