  • Azúcar Refinada
  • Leche
  • 7 Duraznos frescos
  • Galletas Maria
  • Vanilla flan 90gr
  • Refined sugar
  • Milk
  • 7 Fresh peaches
  • Maria cookies

  • Paso nro 1

Comenzamos preparando el flan de 5 porciones, se vierte el contenido del paquete de 90gr en taza y media de leche hasta de se disuelva completamente. Cocinamos a fuego medio revolviendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla del flan comience a espesar y se retira del fuego. Luego de que enfríe un poco conservamos en el refrigerador 15 minutos mientras preparamos el almíbar

We start by preparing the 5-serving flan, pour the contents of the 90gr package into a cup and a half of milk until it completely dissolves. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the flan mixture begins to thicken and remove from heat. After it cools a little, we keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes while we prepare the syrup.

Le retiramos la piel a los duraznos y los cortamos en cubitos, colócalos en un sartén con 6 cucharadas de azúcar y cocinamos a fuego lento, moviendo constantemente hasta que la azúcar esté complemente derretida.

We remove the skin from the peaches and cut them into cubes, place them in a pan with 6 tablespoons of sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely melted.

Una vez teniendo el flan listo y los duraznos caramelizados han alcanzado la textura deseada, es momento de ensamblar el postre. En un recipiente, coloca una primera capa de galletas previamente sumergidas en leche liquida, seguida de una capa de flan, luego procedemos a colocar una capa de almíbar de duraznos caramelizados, repetimos este proceso hasta agotar todos los ingredientes, asegurándonos de que la última capa sea de los ricos duraznos caramelizados

Once the flan is ready and the caramelized peaches have reached the desired texture, it is time to assemble the dessert.
In a container, place a first layer of cookies previously dipped in liquid milk, followed by a layer of flan, then we proceed to place a layer of caramelized peach syrup, we repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up, making sure the last layer is the rich caramelized peaches.
