I think I have to try the tofu like this one day. It sounds delicious.
Maybe on noodles as I am not a fan of the texture of rice hahaha

              Yes, tacos and a pie would work well too. Maybe even as a pasta with tomato sauce… or pasta bake as the oven is still warm. The ideas that pop up hahaha 🤣
