Do you just add hot water to a few pieces in a bowl? That's so convenient for camping or walks when it's nice to have some hot soup. And I bet preppers would love them.

        Yes, you just add water. Yes, when I had enchiladas with sour cream and salsa in backpacking in Wyoming I decided I would get a freeze dryer some day.
