Fabulous foodie blog @ylich. That's a huge pile of Blinis, thank you for sharing this with us. A celebration from the second century, and still going strong, is just wow! It's fascinating to learn about traditional food from other countries. Both the Blini and Smetana are very doable as we have all those ingredients. I'll for sure be making it!
