Hi Foodies!
Today i present to you some Brazilian Tapioca & Truffle Parmesan Fries. π
Going back to Berlin for Carnival is sweet. Actually it is called "Karnival der Kulturen" (Carnival of Cultures) and that's why you find a lot of different food, and sometimes stuff you have never tried before.
Brazilian Tapioca made out of cassava is something me & girlfriend never tried before.
This stand here offered 5 hearty & 5 sweet Tapioca. I show you the card further down.
Me & Baby took the sweet "Romeu & Julieta" made with guava jam & sauce...
The stand...
...with the tall cooks.π
You don't even see the heads going a couple of meters backwards.
Check further down.π
Explaining Tapioca...
...a type of flatbread coming from the North & Northeast Region of Brazil.
And it's made out of cassava (German: Maniok) known in Brazil and also in the Caribbean,
a root or earth fruit how they say in Jamaica, where they make the Jamaican "Bammy"
out of cassava. I just had some fresh Bammy in February travelling to Jamaica.π
So here's the sweet Tapioca ...
... "Romeu & Julieta" made with/filled with guava jam & sauce, plus a special cream cheese.
I know, it looks a little bit like ketchup π
, no it's guava, and it tasted gooood!π
Some rain...
...couldn't stop us eating all the international goodies. Not even the guy in the background. π
You see...
...really tall cooks or a short stand.π
Here's the card...
...5 hearty & 5 sweet Tapioca. Vegan, Coconut & Butter, Chicken, Beef, Caprese, Chocolate,
Banana, Guava & Tropical...π
And moving 3 meters to the left, we found...
Truffle Parmesan Fries! π
Yes, i had to try them too!
So yummy, so crunchy, so tasty...π
...plus i had some Pad Thai 90 minutes earlier, yes, we ate good & a lot.
Bless Up & give thanx, Mother Earth!π
Then it was time...
...to hit the road again & dance off some of those calories, like we did already on friday or saturday at the Soca parties!πΉπΉ
Thanks for stopping by & focus on the good things in life!
Especially in these times...Bless Up.
