Hace un par de semanas, les compartí un contenido de una vez que fui a comer a un lugar llamado la cuadra. Creo que si no me equivoco, eso fue hace como un mes y la verdad fueron unas hamburguesas que me gustaron mucho, mi novio y yo pedimos un dúo, él se comió la mitad de una y yo me comí la mitad de otras para poder probarlas, ya que este combo venían dos hamburguesas distintas. Ese día todo bien genial, lo único para mí es que los papás no estaban tan buenas, pero coincidimos en que era un buen lugar para ir a comer y ya. Posteriormente, seguimos comiendo en esa feria de comida, pero no habíamos ido a comer hamburguesas, ya que para mi gusto y para el de mi novio también, se suben un poquito de precio, por lo menos comparándolas con las hamburguesas de Arturo. Que así bien, aquellas hamburguesas son un poco más sencillas, y estas son un poco más tipo smash, pues obviamente es un Target diferentes.

A couple of weeks ago, I shared a post about a time I went to eat at a place called La Cuadra. If I'm not mistaken, that was about a month ago, and I really liked the burgers. My boyfriend and I ordered a duo, he ate half of one and I ate half of the other so we could try both, since this combo came with two different burgers. Everything was great that day, except that the fries weren't that good, but we agreed that it was a good place to eat. Later, we continued eating at that food fair, but we didn't go to eat burgers, since, in my opinion and my boyfriend's as well, they are a little overpriced, at least compared to Arturo's burgers. That's fine, those burgers are a little simpler, and these are a little more smash-style, since it's obviously a different target market.

Pero hace dos semanas exactamente, decidimos ir nuevamente porque teníamos hambre, queríamos almorzar y pues decidimos comer hamburguesas. Yo tenía como lazada de ir a comer hamburguesas en Arturo, pero también quería comer carne, así que decidimos ir a la cuadra para ver qué tal. Nos volvimos a pedir el mismo combo, ya que es como lo más económico para dos personas y también pedimos unas papas extras, sólo para poder pagar esta cuenta con Cashea y que el monto fueran exactamente $15. Y debo decir que esta vez me decepcionaron un poco. Si bien el pan, y los ingredientes de la hamburguesa estaban bastante buenos, mi problema, en esta caso fue la carne que no sabía a nada y tenía una consistencia que a mí no me encantaba. A veces cuando la carne o no está muy bien cocida o no está muy bien condimentada, tiende a estar gris y así estaba. Por otro lado estaba muy jugosa, lo cual debería ser bueno, pero sentí que era demasiada agua que tenía la carne o no sé exactamente que era.

But exactly two weeks ago, we decided to go again because we were hungry, we wanted to have lunch, and we decided to eat burgers. I was kind of in the mood to go eat burgers at Arturo's, but I also wanted to eat meat, so we decided to go down the block to see how it was. We ordered the same combo again, since it's the cheapest option for two people, and we also ordered some extra fries, just so we could pay the bill with Cashea and the total would be exactly $15. And I have to say that this time I was a little disappointed. While the bun and the burger ingredients were pretty good, my problem in this case was the meat, which tasted like nothing and had a consistency that I didn't love. Sometimes when meat isn't cooked very well or isn't seasoned very well, it tends to be gray, and that's how it was. On the other hand, it was very juicy, which should be a good thing, but I felt that there was too much water in the meat, or I don't know exactly what it was.

Positivo, voy a decir que las papas estaban muchísimo mejoras, aumentaron como un 50% la mejoría de su sabor, pero honestamente queda un poco decepcionada por lo que gasté, ya que si me hubiese ido a comer Arturo o hubiese gastado lo mismo y hubiese comido mejor, hubiese comido helado y capaz me hubiese llenado más. No quiero decir que estaban horriblemente malas, pero me quedé con ganas de ese sabor de la primera vez. En aquella oportunidad, la hamburguesa que tenía mi novio tenía cocineta y la mía no, aún así, teniendo la tocinetas, es un sabor demasiado, exquisito, yo sentí que la hamburguesa que no tenía, estaba muy buena, en este caso, la verdad no. No sé si vuelvo a ir a este lugar de comida, capaz si pero seguramente si me llega a sobrar el dinero. Por los momentos me quedo comiendo hamburguesas en Arturo, siento que es la mejor opción. On the positive side, I will say that the fries were much better, with a 50% improvement in flavor, but honestly, I am a little disappointed with what I spent, because if I had gone to Arturo's or spent the same amount and eaten better, I would have had ice cream and probably felt more full. I don't want to say that they were horribly bad, but I was left wanting the flavor I had the first time. On that occasion, my boyfriend's burger had bacon and mine didn't, but even so, with the bacon, it's a delicious flavor. I felt that the burger that didn't have bacon was very good, but in this case, honestly, it wasn't. I don't know if I'll go back to this place, maybe, but only if I have money to spare.
