No sĂ© si a todos les pasa que tienen una torta favorita en el mundo, que cada vez que la ven o la hacen se emocionan muchĂ­simo porque es la nĂșmero uno para ustedes. Para mĂ­ serĂ­a varias, pero puedo decir que tengo tres en el podio, la torta tres leches, la torta tres leches de chocolate y la torta de chocolate rellena de chocolate y cubierta de chocolate. Si tengo que hacer un Top mĂĄs largo puedo agregar otras tortas que tambiĂ©n me gusta muchĂ­simo, pero yo me muero y me vuelvo loquĂ­sima por las tortas que les mencionĂ© anteriormente. Pero si bien yo sĂ© hacer la torta de chocolate, nunca habĂ­a realizado una torta tres leches y recientemente hice una que les grabe el tutorial, pero no lo pude culminar.

For me it would be several, but I can say that I have three on the podium, the tres leches cake, the tres leches chocolate cake and the chocolate cake filled with chocolate and covered with chocolate. If I have to make a longer Top I can add other cakes that I also like very much, but I die and go crazy for the cakes I mentioned above. But while I know how to make chocolate cake, I had never made a tres leches cake and recently I made one that I recorded the tutorial, but I could not finish it.

AsĂ­ que como esa primera torta no me quedĂł perfecta, decidĂ­ intentarlo nuevamente y documentar el proceso para poder compartirles, como hice esta torta, tres leches de chocolate. Los ingredientes que utilicĂ© para el bizcocho fueron: 4 huevos, 150 gramos de azĂșcar, 150 gramos de harina de trigo, 80 gramos de cacao en polvo, 5 gramos de polvo de hornear y una cucharadita de vainilla.

So since that first cake was not perfect, I decided to try again and document the process to share with you how I made this tres leches chocolate cake. The ingredients I used for the cake were: 4 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, 150 grams of wheat flour, 80 grams of cocoa powder, 5 grams of baking powder and a teaspoon of vanilla.

Lo primero que hice fue agregar los huevos en un bol, primero separando la clara de las yemas y batiendo Ășnicamente las claras hasta que esta forma en la consistencia de punto de nieve. Una vez alcanza esa textura se agregan las yemas y se bate por otros minutos mĂĄs y se agrega el azĂșcar.

The first thing I did was to add the eggs in a bowl, first separating the whites from the yolks and beating only the whites until it forms the consistency of stiff peaks. Once it reaches that texture, add the yolks and beat for another few minutes and add the sugar.

Luego queda simplemente agregar los secos, como esta era una torta de chocolate, entonces estuve colocando en un recipiente la harina tamizada y el cacao tamizado también para poder mezclarlos antes de agregarlo a la mezcla. Una vez que estos productos secos estuvieron integrados, los coloqué le agregué un poco de polvo de hornear y esta mezcla de secos le agregué a la torta pero mezclando con una paleta de madera.

Then it remains to simply add the dry products, as this was a chocolate cake, then I was placing in a bowl the sifted flour and the sifted cocoa also to be able to mix them before adding it to the mixture. Once these dry products were integrated, I added some baking powder and this dry mix I added to the cake but mixing with a wooden paddle.

Después de debatir por unos cuantos momentos haciendo movimientos envolventes para que la mezcla no se le escapara el aire precaliente el horno y tome un molde rectangular donde agregue mantequilla y harina de trigo para que la mezcla no se pegara. Luego la llevé al horno por 30 minutos.

After debating for a few moments making wrapping movements so that the mixture would not escape the air, I preheated the oven and took a rectangular mold where I added butter and wheat flour so that the mixture would not stick. Then I took it to the oven for 30 minutes.

Una vez que verifiqué que el bizcocho estaba listo, comencé a hacerle huecos con un palillo para poder agregar la mezcla de 3 leches. De este líquido no tomé el proceso, ya que lo hice unos 3 días antes y estaba en la nevera. Pero utilicé 1 litro de leche entera, 1 lata de leche condensada, 1 lata de leche evaporada y 3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo, los mezclé con ayuda de la licuadora.

Once I verified that the cake was ready, I began to make holes with a toothpick to add the mixture of 3 milks. I didn't use this liquid, since I made it about 3 days before and it was in the fridge. But I used 1 liter of whole milk, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, I mixed them with the help of the blender.

Ya que la torta tenĂ­a todo el lĂ­quido, la llevĂ© a la nevera, durante 6 horas aproximadamente. Ese dĂ­a que la hice la aprobĂ© y estaba muy buena, bastante hĂșmeda y con un sabor exquisito, pero al otro dĂ­a estaba mucho mejor. Por encima ale coloque una crema de chocolate que compre hace tiempo para hacer unas galletas, solo para decorar y tapar los huecos, pero planeo hacerla de nuevo y colocarle chantillĂ­ u otra crema con chocolate mĂĄs suave que la que utilicĂ©. No pensĂ© que podĂ­a hacer una torta 3 leches tan buena como esta, dude mucho, pero el resultado me dejo enamorada. Nos leemos pronto!

Once the cake had all the liquid, I took it to the refrigerator for about 6 hours. That day I approved it and it was very good, quite moist and with an exquisite flavor, but the next day it was much better. On top I put a chocolate cream that I bought some time ago to make some cookies, just to decorate and cover the holes, but I plan to make it again and put whipped cream or another cream with softer chocolate than the one I used. I didn't think I could make a 3 leches cake as good as this one, I hesitated a lot, but the result left me in love. See you soon!
