If the meat is top quality, you don’t need more than salt to season it—trust me, the flavor of the meat and the touch of the grill are enough to make a 10/10 burger. I know this because I ran a restaurant for two years, and our star dish was our juicy burgers.
Biftek met my expectations—I was sure that the aroma never lies. While I didn’t find it particularly cheap, I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving a great burger. The bill was around $27 for two people, though I should mention that the other burger was twice the size of mine.
