Noche de pizzas 🍕 - Ya era hora de volver a la cocina

Teníamos bastante tiempo si cocinar algo elaborado, el fin de semana pasado compartí con ustedes una receta sencilla de choripanes, pero ayer por ser el cumpleaños de mi papá queríamos hacer algo más especial, sinceramente habían muchas más comidas en la lista de que hacer, pero mi papá es un poco complicado con ciertas recetas "creativas" asi que nos fuimos por lo básico, una deliciosa pizza jamás será una mala opción.

Un tiempo comeríamos el error de hacer mucha cantidad sin preocuparnos por la calidad, ahora con mente menos de gordos jaja decidimos hacer calidad antes que cantidad, por eso hicimos cuatro pizzas para todos pero con la cantidad necesaria de ingredientes para que quedaran sabrosas. En lo personal a mí las pizzas me gustan sencillas, no con más de 5 ingredientes a demás de la base, porque siento que se satura de sabores y no se distingue bien, por eso esta la hicimos con chorizo ahumado, vegetales y una salsa pesto.

Esta salsa pesto tenía desde el día de los choripanes que la preparaba pero se me hizo muy difícil conseguir albaca fresca, hoy me salvó fue mi tío que justo tenía, porque fue el toque especial de esa noche. Sin duda quedaron deliciosas y fue un increíble compartir ❤️🍕


We had a lot of time to cook something elaborate, last weekend I shared with you a simple recipe for choripanes, but yesterday because it was my dad's birthday we wanted to make something more special, honestly there were many more meals on the list to make, but my dad is a bit complicated with certain "creative" recipes so we went for the basics, a delicious pizza will never be a bad option.

For a while we made the mistake of making a lot of quantity without worrying about quality, now with less of a fat mind haha ​​we decided to make quality before quantity, that's why we made four pizzas for everyone but with the necessary amount of ingredients so that they would be tasty. Personally I like pizzas simple, with no more than 5 ingredients besides the base, because I feel that it gets saturated with flavors and is not well distinguished, that's why we made this one with smoked chorizo, vegetables and a pesto sauce.

I had this pesto sauce since the day I made choripanes, but it was very difficult for me to get fresh basil. Today, my uncle saved me because he just happened to have some, because it was the special touch that night. They were definitely delicious and it was an incredible time to share ❤️🍕
