Buenos días amigos, tengan un feliz inicio de fin de semana en @foodiesbeehive. Estoy en días de poco comer harinas pero nunca desprecio una rica pasta, en esta oportunidad realizamos una rica pasta con atún y le agregamos algunos vegetales que comúnmente no le agrego pero que le dieron su toque particular haciéndola ver como una ensalada pero no fría. a continuación les muestro el proceso.
Good morning friends, have a happy start of the weekend at @foodiesbeehive. I am in days of little eating flour but I never despise a rich pasta, this time we made a rich pasta with tuna and added some vegetables that I usually do not add but that gave it its particular touch making it look like a salad but not cold. then I show you the process.
- 2 Tomates.
- 1 Cebolla.
- Ajo.
- Guisantes.
- Maíz enlatado.
- Aceite vegetal.
- Pasta corta.
- Atún enlatado.
- Pimienta, orégano en polvo, Sal.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 1 onion.
- Garlic.
- Peas.
- Canned corn.
- Vegetable oil.
- Short pasta.
- Canned tuna.
- Pepper, oregano powder, salt.
Llevamos a sancochar los tomates, mientras cortamos la cebolla en julianas y colocamos el agua a hervir para la pasta.
We boil the tomatoes, while we cut the onion in julienne strips and we put the water to boil for the pasta.
Cuando el agua para la pasta hierve agregamos la pasta y dejamos cocinar hasta que estén al dente y reservamos en un colador.
When the pasta water boils add the pasta and cook until al dente and reserve in a colander.
En una sartén colocamos un poco de aceite y llevamos a cocinar un poco de ajo machacado, la cebolla cortada en julianas y el tomate que luego de sancochar le quitamos la piel y lo cortamos en cuadritos. Cuando cristalizan agregamos las especias sal, pimienta y orégano, mezclamos.
In a frying pan put some oil and cook some crushed garlic, the onion cut in julienne strips and the tomato that after boiling we remove the skin and cut it in squares. When they crystallize we add the spices salt, pepper and oregano, we mix.
Destapamos nuestros enlatados, retiramos el agua de los mismos y agregamos primero el maíz y los guisantes, mezclamos bien y luego agregamos un poco del agua donde cocinamos la pasta.
We uncover our canned food, remove the water from it and add first the corn and the peas, mix well and then add a little of the water where we cooked the pasta.
Lo siguiente será agregar la pasta ya cocida, removemos y luego agregamos el atún Removemos y retiramos del fuego.
Next add the cooked pasta, stir and then add the tuna, stir and remove from heat.
Estamos listos para disfrutar una rica pasta con atún y vegetales que nos ha quedado muy rica y lo mejor fácil de hacer. Esta sería también una alternativa de comida para llevar cuando vamos a la playa o salida al aire libre.
We are ready to enjoy a delicious pasta with tuna and vegetables that is very tasty and easy to make. This would also be an alternative take-out meal when we go to the beach or outdoors.
