Kacchi's dreams served on a plate ; rich, tender, and irresistible!

Growing up in Dhaka, I may have a slightly stronger craving for either biryani or katchi. As I grew up, I realized that katchi is my love and borhani is my comfort drink.

Many people confuse katchi and biryani, but the cooking methods for both are different.

Kachchi:
Raw meat (usually beef) and semi-cooked rice are cooked together in layers. In this, the meat and rice are cooked together, so the flavors blend more deeply. Yogurt, kewra water, potatoes and ghee are commonly used.
Biryani:
The meat is first boiled or fried. The rice is boiled separately, then layered with the meat and simmered lightly. The flavors vary slightly depending on the ingredients.

Although Sultan's Dine and Kacchi Bhai's Kacchi are famous in Bangladesh, I personally prefer Sultan's Dine's Kacchi. A few days ago, a branch of Sultan's Dine opened in Rajshahi and I went there to eat my fill of Kacchi.

We went for two so we took the Kachchi Basmati 1/2, which cost 799. Even though it is for two, three people like me can eat in a moment. The platter had six pieces of mutton and three pieces of potatoes. It was impossible for me to eat half of it alone.

And it would be unfair to not have Borhani with Kachchi, so I took a glass of Borhani which cost 70 taka.

The taste of Kacchi and Borhani was very good, however, there is nothing new to say about the taste of Sultan's Dine's Kachchi.

There are probably very few people in Bangladesh who have not tried Sultan's Kachchi. Hearing the reputation of this Kachchi from my mouth, many of my foreign friends want to come to Bangladesh to try this Kachchi, I invite them.Today, I am ending my writing here with an invitation, an invitation to eat the Suntans Dine's kacchi.
